What's up! I’m Kris and I live & work in Tampa, FL, however my companies are active both nationally & internationally. I’m a real estate investor, coach, motivator, internet marketer, entrepreneur, and I also own a social media branding company called Big Time Operators! For the 6 years prior to me going full time as an entrepreneur, I was a General Manager for Gold’s Gym, and I believe this is what drove me to motivate, inspire, and persuade people to step outside of their comfort zone and take control of their own life and future.

I have made it a point to apply these same principles when working with others as well. By applying the mentality that “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” has allowed me to grow my business and network exponentially. BIG TIME OPERATORS: In early 2011 my brother Jason and I joined forces to create BIG Time Operators. Their purpose was simple, answer the #1 problem that business owners face in today’s market… “How Do I Use Social Media?” BIG Time Operators, which is a social media branding company based out of Tampa Florida, have quickly stretched their talents internationally! Their knowledge if HOW social media works in relation to branding a business is really a thing of beauty, and can be applied to ANY type of business.

With clients like Than Merrill, Robert Allen, Bill Walsh, Russ Whitney, Kenny Rushing, Ryan Diess, Dave Vanhoose, Dustin Mathews, Nathan Jurewicz, etc, our reputation speaks for itself… REAL ESTATE: I’m a real estate investor and coach, motivator, and entrepreneur. Though I only emerged in the real estate world in 2008, I have tried to make an impact not only with doing big deals, but also with my passion for helping others. I buy, flip, and hold all types of SFR and Multi family properties. I LOVE the “World of Real Estate Investing” because it provides me the opportunity to live life on my terms, and the ability to take “IT” as far as I want to go. No more 9 to 5, no more paid by the hour, no more boss breathing down my neck! If you like the sound of that, maybe its time for YOU to step outside your box too! Like I always say, “Wealth is the ability to experience life!” COACHING: I am blessed to have been able to help hundreds of people seek out lives better than they had ever imagined mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. I have done coaching in the fields of internet marketing, real estate, network marketing, social media, and branding.

I believe that I have a knack for new aged marketing tactics and strategies, that can help people do what they do, BETTER than they are already doing it! ENTREPRENEUR: I have been fortunate to have owned and operated 5 companies by the time I was 30 years old. People often refer to entrepreneurs as being lucky… Well, I believe that luck is what happens when opportunity meets preparation! That being said, I suggest you open your eyes, and be READY to take opportunity down as it comes. I did, and things turned out OK, :-) Your network = Your net worth, so my advice to you would be start working with the right people as soon as possible, and never be afraid to believe that you deserve whatever it is that you want out of life because you do. What you focus on WILL expand my friends!
